I Love Cosmos

November 6th, 2009By Charlene Dy

My family and I went out to Cosmos Hanami at Shikata, Hyogo. It was just a week event that happens once a year in October. Cosmos in shades of pink, fuschia and white are in full bloom when we went there. Picking flowers is also free however you need to merge it in water immediately.

It is also the best time to gather up with friends and family, set a picnic and take photos. They are also some locals that sell Japanese specialties. If you’re a tourist and unfamiliar with it, you can have some for free and if you like it, buy it then.
