Born in Italy and living in Japan since 2007 Davide is a full time restaurateur and restaurant consultant. When not working in the "shops" he spends as much time as possible with his family exploring Tokyo and Japan's countryside. The remain of the day is dedicated to his passion for art, which include also painting, writing, reading and movie watching.
