Born in Japan but raised in America, it was always Lena's dream to return to Japan to connect with her Japanese roots and advance her language skills. After spending one year teaching English at an elementary school in Gunma prefecture, she moved to Tokyo to experience the big-city life. Holding a degree in Exercise and Wellness, every day consists of a sweaty gym session and hunting for mouth-watering foods and desserts.
