Well from what I see the offer is close to 0 for non-native speakers of English. Especially when it comes to being a language teacher. Maybe it would seem weird for me to say this but on so many occasions a non-native speaker is so much more attentive to grammar and vocabulary and even pronunciation than a native person. The fact that the person teaching may be native or not for me is quite irrelevant, we also had a native person at Japanese…he was teaching Japanese though he originally was a Physics teacher, now this equation did not seem to fit, he was everywhere and nowhere, it seemed quite disrespectful towards us, we were going nowhere because he did not have a strategy, I never doubted his abilities in his own field but they sure did not fit for the one he was assigned to. Being native does not necessarily mean that you are good too at making others comprehend your language.
