Arts Council Tokyo Presents Traditional culture and performing arts experience

Arts Council Tokyo will hold activities that offer foreign visitors the opportunity to gain first-hand experience of traditional Japanese culture. Activities include freehand yuzen coloring, Edo-style hand-painted paper lanterns, and kimono dressing.
