Summer Smoke Barbecue

The Oak Door "Smoke Project" is a special collaboration between chef de cuisine Adam Noffsinger and pit master Craig White —of White Smoke fame — to showcase the flavors of a traditional Texas smokehouse. It starts with a kick-off party September 1 and the menu will be available all month.
